Delivery
- Intended for use in built-up roofing as a top sheet.
- Using a traditional fibre based carrier, the membrane offers excellent application characteristics and is suitable in either repair applications or as part of built-up roofing.
- Composition and Manufacture: The base is formed from natural fibres bonded together to form an absorbent material core.
- The carrier material is saturated then coated both sides in a continuous operation using liquid penetration and oxidised bitumen.
- The coated material is finished with a mineral flake as a top surface.
- A sanded selvedge is left along one edge of the mineral flake coating to ensure positive bonding of overlaps.
- The underside of the material is coated with sand.
