Sheet Cutting
Farmac Building Supplies is pleased to be able to offer our customers a sheet cutting service.
From our stock we can cut Plywood, MDF and Chipboard to your exacting requirements.
Worried about dust inhalation, do not have the correct power tools, working on a complicated project or simply need a full sheet cut down to fit in your car or van?

In-Branch Sheet Cutting
We can cut strips and square panels, but we are not able cut angles, circular pieces, or apertures (holes or panels into the middle of a sheet).
The saw blade is 4mm thick so this needs to be considered when calculating how many pieces can be cut from a single sheet.
We will only cut sheet materials purchased from our stores and the cutting service, if required, should be purchased at the same time as ordering your panels.
Please note that our in-branch sheet cutting is a manual process carried out by a member of our team.
Staff are all fully trained but an accuracy tolerance of up to 5mm must be allowed for and customers should still expect to carry out on-site finishing.
PLEASE NOTE
It is not always possible to get sheet cutting done while you wait so please always try and order in advance.
For collection on a Saturday morning, it’s best to order the day before to avoid disappointment.
